(More customer reviews)We have been trying to wean ourselves from sponges for hygienic reasons, and paper towels because we like trees better! Traditional dish cloths are too gloppy--even if you wring them out they are super wet and leave streaks on a wiped surface. I was pleased to find these super-absorbent, quick drying cloths. I bought a few small ones of another brand last summer and liked them--I even took one traveling for miscellaneous use--spot cleaning, napkins, coaster etc. In Switzerland they use these everywhere--my landlady accidentally stole one of mine because she saw it hanging on a chair and it looked just like hers!
These are super useful. I keep a large one on a hook inside the door to wipe the dog's paws and coat in wet weather. They are soft and absorb any fluid rapidly. I get the most use from them in the kitchen where they are great as dish cloths and for cleaning and wiping up spills. I have a large one under my drying rack to wick up moisture. I used to have a dish towel under there but it was always wet. These shammies wick all the water and dry super quickly. I use two in the bathroom, one for cleaning and one for polishing up the wet marks after. This job used to use a lot of paper towels!
Sop N Mop provides plenty for you to use. They give you four of the big size and eight of the smaller size. So when one starts to look even a little grimy I just put it in the wash and take out a new one. Much more hygienic than a sponge which stays wet forever and harbors all kinda nasties inside. Definitely worth it.

1.) Small - when I first received my shipment, I was a bit taken aback. The Box was 4'x2'x 1-1/2'. Gosh it was huge and a bit heavy (for a vac). Slowly I opened the package to find another box. A bit relieved, the size seemed a bit more appropriate. I quickly opened the box to find another box. Now we are talking - once this box was opened, I saw what I wanted - a small, good looking, lightweight vac! The Stainless Steel did give the vac a professional appearance.
2.) Lightweight - Definitely meets the bill. No larger in width and length than my keyboard, there will be no problem moving this vac about.
3.) Powerful - I didn't expect much from all the claims (4 horsepower and 95" of waterlift), but this little vac made me a believer in power. This is the first time I only needed to use the crevice tool for awkward corners. Those little pieces of fuzz and hairs that usually needed picked up with your fingers came right up. The seems in upholstery that filled with dust - clean!
4.) Quiet - My subjective is opinion says this machine is quiet for such a powerful vac. In fact, my IQAir Air Cleaner is louder. Switch the 2-speed switch to low (works similar to my old shop vac and this speed); now we are talking quiet!
5.) Long Hose - The 6.5 foot hose, lightweight and flexible does not make the grade. It's adequate for my purposes, but I may purchase a hose extension.
CONS:
1.) The dust bag is quite small (approx. 7" diameter by 5" deep) - this is to be expected in such a tiny package.
2.) Tools look and feel cheap, which is quite typical for all brands. They are however, effective.

(More customer reviews)I love this hanging/drying rack! I have it in my laundry room which is fairly good sized but narrow. My pantry and extra storage cabinets are in my laudry room so there is a lot of activity in there especially during holidays and get togethers. I have it mounted on the studs in the wall and even though the brackets are plastic, with the hanging bar acrossed it, it will hold SEVERAL pairs of wet jeans with no problem. It is also great just for hanging clothes from the dryer. The best part is when I don't want it out, I take off the rod and the brackets fold down nicely to the wall so I have all the walk way clear in the laundry room. I used to have a rolling hang rack and had to roll it in and out when I wanted the extra room in my laundry room - no more! I would absolutely recommend this product to anyone!

(More customer reviews)As far as I am aware, the only use for a real shammy is to dry your car after washing so as not to scratch the paint. Terry towels will put "spider web" scratches in your clear coat and shammy will not. Well for this purpose, the shamwow is greatly superior because of the fact that it is much more absorbent than a shammy. It does the job much more quickly than a shammy while not scratching the surface. I don't know about any of the other claims in the TV ad, but I guess to advertise this product as a superior auto shammy would not have generated the volume of sales that the product has gained thru the more sensational sales pitch. This product is much better than the micofiber towels that are sold in the auto accessory store, again, because of their superior absorbence.

Maxell CD-AUTO Automobile CD Lens Cleaner Review

(More customer reviews)These brush cleaner CD's do work, believe it or not. Perhaps not quite the same as having your system professionally serviced, but why waste more money than you may have to. This is a worthy investment to look into first - because these do work most of the time (and it's always a good idea to have one for continued preventative maintenance anyway). If you're getting play errors or severe skipping of your CD's, you might be amazed at how much one of these can help.
But here's a few tips for those of you making audio CD's on their home computers and having trouble playing them on some machines... It may not be a defective or dirty player at all.
First, it may be best to turn off any other programs you may have running in the background. This will give your CD burner full resources to do its burning job. Also, make sure your screensaver is turned off. If it starts up in the middle of a job, the laser burn may be interrupted and cause errors. So shut down all other programs and the screensaver too.
Second, it may do you well to defrag your hard drive before starting a burn. If you have a pretty fast PC, this may not be a big problem, but it may adversely affect the read data process if your computer has to search all over the hard drive to find pieces of the media files before burning them on the disk. I personally have an auto defrag program installed on my computer that runs constantly keeping my system running at its optimum.
Third, I recommend NOT copying CD's "on the fly" (in other words, directly from disk to disk). Copy the audio files to your hard drive first. Most CD burning software have a "create image" option - use that and then burn the image to a blank CD. If your using Nero, just turn off the "on the fly" option and the music files will copy to the hard disk first and then to the CD automatically. By-the-way, you may want to read my review on Amazon about Nero. It is, in my opinion, the best burning software available! Since I started using Nero, I do not know the meaning of the word "coaster" or "frisbee."
Fourth, ALWAYS burn CD's in DAO mode (Disc At Once). This will insure there is no gap between songs(TAO - Track At Once - usually leaves a 2 second gap between songs and causes the laser to have to stop burning momentarily between songs), but more importantly, using DAO will insure that the laser continues to burn constantly throughout the whole CD copying process.
Finally, and most importantly (in my opinion), make sure you don't burn CD's at anything faster than 12x! In fact, if you're playing CD's on an older system, burn the CD at 8x or even slower. If you still have trouble, take the speed all the way down to 1 or 2x. It can make a big difference. Yes, I know it means you won't be using the full potential of your zippy 52x burner, but you just have to figure out what is more important - fast burning or being able to actually listen to what your burning?
Most newer CD players have very little or no problem at all playing CD's burned on a computer at the highest speed; however, this is not often the case with much older units. As a general rule it is always better to burn audio disks slower.
You may also want to make sure you're using Audio CD certified media. That may help a little bit too. The brand of media may be a factor also. Sometimes the cheaper CD's may have a higher failure rate. I've heard this from some people. Personally, I have not had too much trouble with cheaper CD's... Usually, if the steps I have already mentioned are followed, cheap media will work fine. That has been my experience anyway. But different burners may be a factor as well and you may want to try some different brands of media until you find one that seems to work best for you. Using quality name brand media is probably a safe bet and may be your best course of action.

(More customer reviews)I gave it three stars because of quality of build and design. There were no usable instructions although something called instructions was in the box. The quality of the materials is sub-par, all plastic. I feel like I have to be very easy when moving the vacuum around for fear of breaking it. The hose is very cheap and kinks at the neck easily. The attachment storage was not really designed at all. There are no good placements for attachments or the hose.
It does vacuum well and the noise level is not bad. Next time I will get a true commercial vac, not one that has a marketing label on it that says "industrial".
