I believe my money will be refunded, as promised by the supplier, but they made no effort to help me obtain the item I had originally ordered. (More customer reviews)I am from the old school of detailing - use only super clean soft 100% cotton rags to wipe down a vehicle after a thorough wash. I thought these would surely scratch the dickens out of the paint finish and leave cavernous gouges. Boy, was I ever wrong. These will not scratch the paint as long as the surface is very clean. It sure cuts the drying time to almost nothing. A quick follow up with a chamois to get those hard to reach spots and you are done. If you drop the squeegy be sure to clean it well before using it again to avoid any potential scratching from the dirt.
