(More customer reviews)I generally don't fault a product because I misunderstood how to use it before I bought it, but I was disappointed to learn that you can't run the vacuum and the pump at the same time. In other words, the pump doesn't allow you to continuously wet-vacuum. Instead, once the drum is full, you turn the vac off, turn on the pump and empty the drum. Still, it's better than turning off the vac, unplugging it, and wheeling it over to a drain, and then pushing it back to where you need to work. And if you don't have a floor-level drain the pump would be a huge boom.
