My dad used Kozak towels when I was growing up in the 80s, and now I'm using the towels, too. I got a new car in August and wanted to keep it clean. Remembering the Kozak towel, I ordered a new one. It works just like I remembered - keeps your car clean in between trips to the carwash.
Your car sits all day and collects dust. The Kozak is perfect for removing the layer of dust when you pull the car out of the garage in the morning. So, you start the day with a clean looking car.
The Kozak is also handy when you drive in dusty areas or on windy days. If you want to spruce up the car to go out in the evening, just wipe it down. My wife and I did a trip to Palm Springs, driving through the desert. 5-10 minutes with the Kozak and the car was 80% as clean as a trip to the carwash.
If you wash your car at the carwash once every two weeks, the Kozak can extend that interval to once a month.
You can use the old Kozak for wiping wheels and rocker panels - to remove the dirtier dirt before finishing off with a newer Kozak cloth.
This is a classic product which works as advertised.

Kozak Auto Dry Wash. The Kozak Auto Dry Wash Cloth is a 3.8 sq. ft cloth made from specially selected cotton by an ingenious, exclusive process. Each fold on a cloth is good for one to three car cleanings... thus providing easily between 50 to 100 dry cleanings for any car. KozaK cloths are woven to "specs", and carefully finished to a velvety soft material. The fiber is treated with a special formulation safe for hands and for the car finish. KozaK is used dry on a dry car. It not only quickly and completely eliminates the road dust film, the dried muddy-water splatter, the rain ugliness and grime... but everytime it is used it ADDS to the beauty and permanence of the original paint job. This "hand-rubbing" effect is a continuation of the last polishing procedure done at the factory before your car goes to the dealer's show-room!

Obenauf's Leather Oil 16oz. Review

I've been a fan of Bick 4 leather conditioner and have been its champion for years. I've applied it to anything that is leather (briefcases, bags (messenger, laptop), jackets, pipe bags, leather tobacco pouches, etc.). I also have a few boots (and "regular" shoes) and that is where it is mostly applied to. I recently ran out of Bick 4 which forced me to hit my local store. Just my luck, they ran out of it. The sales clerk suggested I use Obenauf's Heavy Duty LP and Leather Oil. He explained to me how the product worked. I was extremely apprehensive about this product at first. It did cost a little bit more than the Bick 4. However, I took a gamble and purchased both products. After carefully following the instructions, I applied both LP and Leather Oil to all my boots, jackets and leather bags and brief cases. I was amazed with the result. I could really see and feel the difference. Unlike Bick 4, Obenauf's not only conditions the leather, it also repels water. It even removed the scuff marks that were on my briefcase. It may have cost me a pretty penny for both, but it was worth it. THIS STUFF REALLY WORKS! A word of caution though, it did make the colors on some of my shoes and other leather items darker. Bick 4 has served me well over the years. However, it's time to move over and say hello to my new friend - OBENAUF'S.
