(More customer reviews)I recently purchased this package and have been unhappy with the customer support I've been given. For one, I still haven't received the IPC 40 cable which was advertised to be in the box. I tried contacting Amazon and they only referred me to calling BOSS to have this situation straightened out. Boss has only given me the run-around claiming that the cable wasn't supposed to be sold in this package. They claim to be sending me the cable but it's been over 2 weeks- no cable, and they can't even give me a straight answer. For another the marine radio is very poor quality. It skips like crazy and I can't even listen to it while the boat is moving. I will never buy BOSS again.
